Dr. Mariam Margvelashvili-Malament is a distinguished dental professional and Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics, internationally recognized for her expertise in implant, esthetic, and reconstructive dentistry. She completed her specialty and fellowship training at Tufts University, USA and earned a PhD in Dental Materials from the University of Siena, Italy. Dr. Margvelashvili-Malament practices at Boston Prosthodontics, delivering advanced restorative care with a focus on functional excellence and natural esthetics.
In addition to her clinical practice, Mariam is a dedicated educator and researcher, serving as
a Visiting Associate Professor at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and the University of Georgia. She has published approximately 50 papers, contributed to multiple textbooks, and serves as a reviewer for leading dental journals. She co-founded Georgia’s national prosthodontics residency and International Dental Program and lectures widely at international meetings.
