Mariano Maurizi, from Argentina, is a master dental technician internationally recognized for his artistic approach to anterior aesthetics, ceramic stratification, and lifelike restorations. He received his diploma in Dental Prosthesis (M.N. 3561) from the University of Buenos Aires in 2000 and has since developed his unique, signature techniques, such as the Covered Makeup, 4_espheres, and Smile Line instrument collections, setting new standards in dental aesthetics and precision. This innovative approach inspires modern prosthetic applications by combining natural appearance and detail precision in anterior aesthetics.
Mariano is also a passionate educator dedicated to dental and dental technician training; he has lectured in numerous training courses in over fifty countries on fixed prosthetics, aesthetics, and dental rehabilitation, and has held academic positions on Total Removable Prosthesis and fixed prosthetic aesthetics. Furthermore, Mariano has held the position of Former Professor of Fully Removable Prosthetics at Maimonides University, Director of the Postgraduate Laboratory for Fixed Prosthetics at Maimonides University, and Head of prestigious institutions and laboratories such as Studio Dental Maurizi and Centro de Especialización Técnica SDMM (Buenos Aires, Argentina); currently, he directs Maurizi Dental Design Studio in Malaga, Spain. Mariano’s pioneering techniques and artistic passion, combined with his attention to detail, allow him to offer a visionary perspective in jury evaluations, addressing dental design at the intersection of science, art, and innovation.
